Tennessee Tornadoes

We recognize that you may have been affected by the recent tornadoes on December 9th, 2023 have a lot to deal with right now, and the last thing we want you to worry about is your insurance.

If you have a payment due related to any Progressive insurance products written in the state of Tennessee, please call us at 1-800-876-5581 if you're concerned about maintaining your coverage, or need extra time to make a payment as a result of the severe weather. For customers who pay electronically, we'll continue to withdraw their insurance payment from their bank as usual unless they ask us to stop. Please note that we're offering this payment leniency program through February 7th, 2024, and any deferred payment does not represent a period of free coverage for customers. Customers are required to pay the full amount due on their policies at the end of the deferment period.

As a Progressive customer, your vehicle claims are handled by Progressive Claims Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If your vehicle has been damaged, you can report your claim online or call 800-776-4737.

After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
