We recognize that your customers affected by the recent severe storms have a lot to deal with right now, and the last thing we want them to worry about is their insurance.

If your customer has a payment due related to any Progressive insurance products written in the state of Iowa, please encourage them to call us at 1-800-876-5581 if they're concerned about maintaining their coverage, or need extra time to make a payment as a result of the severe weather. For customers who pay electronically, we'll continue to withdraw their insurance payment from their bank as usual unless they ask us to stop. Please note that we're offering this payment leniency program through 09/08/2023, and any deferred payment does not represent a period of free coverage for customers. Customers are required to pay the full amount due on their policies at the end of the deferment period.

If your vehicle has been damaged, you can report your claim online or call 800-776-4737.

After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
