Hurricane Ian - Moratorium

Progressive claims experts are on alert as a result of Hurrican Ian causing damage in Florida on September 28th, 2022.

We hope that you are safe, and we want you to know that we're here for you. Contact us anytime, day or night, if you need to report a claim.

The state of Florida has requested all insurance companies to give their customers time to recover without concerns about coverage. We fully support their action. We're happy to work with you if you need additional time to pay or return requested information — we can extend your due date as late as 11/28/202222, with billing resuming 11/29/2022. This does not represent a time of free coverage, you simply have a little more time to make the payments.
