You may have been affected by the recent wildfires. We recognize that you have a lot to deal with right now, and the last thing we want you to worry about is your auto insurance. If you have a bill due, please call us at 1-800-876-5581. We can help if you're concerned about maintaining your coverage, or need extra time to make a payment.
If you have signed up for your funds to be processed electronically, we can discontinue withdrawing your insurance payment from your bank. You will continue to receive invoices, however, but will need to manually pay any past due amount before automatic payments start again.

As a Progressive customer, your vehicle claims are handled by Progressive Claims Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If your vehicle has been damaged, you can report your claim online or call 800-776-4737.
After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
