Oregon COVID-19

Dear Progressive Customers:

As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the state of Oregon has ordered all insurance companies to suspend nonpayment and underwriting cancellations until April 23rd. As a company, we've opted to extend this date to May 15th.

If you live in the state of Oregon, we have taken the following actions:

We'll keep your coverage active. This includes reinstating policies for nonpayment through May 15, 2020. If you do not want to maintain your policy, please call us as soon as possible.

We have extended the time you have to make a payment. Please note that payment will need to be made in full and received or postmarked by May 15, 2020. So, for example, if you make installment payments and choose to wait until May 15, 2020, all of the installments will be due by that date. You simply have a little more time to make the payments.

If you normally have your payment automatically withdrawn from your account, we'll continue to withdraw payments as usual, unless you ask us to stop.

This applies to all Progressive insurance products that are written in the state of Oregon.
