A tropical storm watch or warning has been issued or may be issued in the county in which your vehicle is garaged. We encourage you to take necessary precautions to protect yourself, your family and your personal property.
As a Drive Insurance customer, your vehicle claims are handled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Progressive Claims Service. If this tropical storm causes damage, a special team will be in the area as quickly as possible to help you with your car, boat, motorcycle, or RV claim.
If your vehicle is damaged by Ernesto:
- For auto claims, report your claim online or call 1-800-PROGRESSIVE
(1-800-776-4737).
- For motorcycle, boat or RV claims, please call 1-800-PROGRESSIVE
(1-800-776-4737).
- After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
When a severe storm or other disaster strikes, you can rest assured that Progressive will be there to help settle your claim and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
