- shared a valid e-mail address with us,
- elected to receive "Act of Nature" e-mails,
- have a vehicle garaged in a county that may be affected by the flooding.

Dear Progressive Customer:
A flood was reported on March 26 for the following counties in North Dakota. Please note — as of March 30, additional counties have been added:
- Barnes
- Cass
- Grand Forks
- Morton
- Pembina
- Ransom
- Richland
- Traill
- Walsh
And the following county in Minnesota. Please note — as of March 30, additional counties have been added:
- Clay
- Kittson
- Marshall
- Norman
- Polk
- Traverse
- Wilkin
As a Progressive customer, your vehicle claims are handled by Progressive Claims Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A special team is on the scene to get to work on your claim fast.
If your vehicle has been damaged by the flooding, you can report your claim online or call 800-776-4737.
After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
